2. No Physical Product Returns

Since we provide digital and service-based solutions, physical product returns are not applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.
  • No refunds will be provided after project work has started.
  • Customized digital marketing services are non-refundable.
  • Approved and completed projects are not eligible for refunds.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients can request project cancellation before work begins. Cancellation requests after project initiation may not qualify for refunds.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Advertising spend, domain registration, hosting charges, third-party tools, and completed services are non-refundable.
